Depressed? Anxious? Cannabis Microdosing!

Hey, feeling kind of depressed? Feel like life is pointless? Or maybe your problem is more in the area of anxiety and sleeplessness? It seems like there’s a lot of that going around lately.

Maybe there’s real help available for you in cannabis microdosing. I’m not talking about getting “stoned” here folks, this is just a little mood “nudge”, a little creativity, a little humor, a little smile on your face.  Or if anxiety is your prob, then a little relaxed sigh, some objectivity, feeling those shoulders drop an inch or two.

Your neighborhood pot store should have microdose products now. Use a high-THC, sativa-type cannabis if your problem is depression, or a high-CBD indica type if you are troubled by anxiety. Start with a very small dose the first time, then wait a couple of hours before taking more.

But maybe you don’t have a neighborhood pot store yet. Or maybe you just want to save some money (especially if you are a home grower like me). In that case, I’d like to share a recipe I’ve been using for microdosing for years now:

5 gm good tops

1 box brownie mix (don’t use a low-fat mix)

Put the tops and the liquid ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly, then follow the directions on the box.

Three grams of brownie (a piece of  brownie about the size of a sugar cube) is just enough to get me off my butt and get me interested in life again.
